How To Build INSTANT Trust & Credibility With Customers – Tip 5 of 21

One of the most important aspects of marketing is communicating in a way that resonates with potential customers. Whether you’re using a website, article, video, brochure, or social post it’s critical that you communicate in a way that connects with your audience.
That may seem pretty straightforward. Especially if you’re passionate about your product, and you’ve taken the time to select a target market, perform customer research, and test marketing channels. But there is a big difference between identifying your market and communicating with them in a way that establishes trust and credibility.
The solution is that we must learn to speak the language of our prospects and customers. We must use the words and phrases that they use when talking about their needs, wants, and desires. And we must also deeply understand how they describe their problems, concerns, and fears as they relate to our product.
This all starts with meeting customers face-to-face by attending industry events, hosting local meetups, and using one-to-one video calls. Not only is this an opportunity to build relationships and explore new ways to create value, but it’s also critical for getting honest real-time reactions to the way that you speak about your products and services.
